“The results are in! But before I tell you about all the numbers because I know everyone loves the numbers let me tell you of all the other results that can't be measured.
1. I am repairing my relationship with food. This is my number one achievement for me. I have done ALL THE DIETS. Yes all the ones you have heard of and probably some that you haven't. Some of the things I have 'learned' over the years have actually been quite damaging. I can now eat chocolate without feeling guilt/shame. That shame spiral is usually what trips me up long term.
I am starting to like my body again. This is a work in progress and is more to do with feeling good about myself inside rather than the actual appearance of the outside. Which is what is important. I have more energy on a day to day basis. I no longer finish work and want to vegetate. I am no longer hungry ALL THE TIME. Really, it was all the time. And my cravings for sweet food have massively reduced (shark week doesn't count my uterus demands chocolate). I have enjoyed the process. I haven't found it hard or overwhelming.

It focuses on nutrition and increasing activity. In the past I have either done strict diets or worked out a lot. I never connected that I needed to do the right amount of both things at the same time. It all felt a bit overwhelming for me. Paul makes each step easy so that it doesn't feel overwhelming to try and change everything all at once. The programme is set up with daily reminders and prompts to help keep you on track.
The weekly check ins are great and it's quite nice to read back to where I was at the beginning. The programme supports you with recipes and there is a work out section that progresses in difficulty as you move through the programme. Although the programme has completed this is not the end for me.

"Previously I had made very little effort to feel better in my own skin, I moaned about how I looked but in all honesty did naff all about it.
I joined this programme unsure if I would be able to motivate myself to start exercising and eating better. I was always already thinking of all the excuses and reasons to why I was going to fail mainly being too tired and busy.
What I loved about this programme is that it starts off really simple. For the first 4 weeks I was adapting and making little changes in preparation for completely changing my mindset and improving my lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, those first 4 weeks were a tough hurdle.
When I started to do my workouts I struggled. It wasn't just about being unfit, I had literally no core muscle from having the twins. I just kept thinking I can't do this, it's too hard.
Fast forward another 4 weeks and I was able to easily do those workouts and was improving each time I did them. I trusted in the activities Paul was sending me. I was recording my fitness progress as well as what I was eating and making myself accountable. It wasn't a diet it was more of an eye opener so I could see I wasn't giving my body what it needed. I remained consistent with workouts and really tried to start eating breakfast lunch and dinner to avoid snacking and wasting calories.
The last 4 weeks I hit some roadblocks in my progress, life was throwing me a few curve balls! I became disappointed that I couldn't fulfill all of my tasks, however I knew I had come too far to give up. I was finding the harder workouts more intense but new if I just kept doing what I could when I could I was giving myself a fighting chance to pick it back up at full speed when I was able to.
I've learnt so much during this programme from exercise, food, drinking water and sleeping well.
For the first time I was able to make a positive link between all these really important things, this was the foundation for me to build on. Paul was there every step of the way, the knowledge he gave me is now my power.

The hybrid programme has full gym access along with personal training, however the programme has varied workouts which can be chosen to suit you. From home workouts with minimal equipment or gym based workouts we have you covered.
We will set realistic goals to be achieved at the start of the 12 weeks. Everybody’s fitness journey and lifestyle is different. This is not a ‘quick fix’ fad, my aim is to educate and provide you with all the tools needed to get to your goal.
No, a lot of the habits are transferable regardless of your goal and upon signing up you will have the option of choosing losing weight or gaining muscle as your goal. The programme and exercise from there will be tailored towards reaching that goal.
If you would like to continue working with me after the initial 12 weeks there are options available for ongoing monthly support.
In the rare and unlikely event the programme isn’t as expected I offer a 14 day cancellation and refund policy. Due to the nature of online web based programmes it is ‘drip fed’ and amended week by week to provide the best level of service.
